At Remnants Arise Neurodiversity Community-based Organization (RANCO), we believe that sustainable, systems-level change is achieved through strong partnerships, shared accountability, and alignment with national and international development priorities.Our community-led, rights-based approach is designed to complement government efforts, strengthen local systems, and contribute to global commitments that advance the rights, inclusion, and well-being of neurodivergent individuals and their families.

Institutional Alignment

RANCO's programmes and operations are guided by nationally recognized policies and internationally accepted human rights frameworks that promote dignity, equality, and inclusive development.

The Persons with Disabilities Act, 2025

Our work supports Kenya’s commitment to protecting and promoting the rights of persons with disabilities by expanding access to inclusive healthcare, education, rehabilitation, and community participation.

United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD)

RANCO embraces the principles of equality, accessibility, participation, non-discrimination, and respect for diversity, ensuring that neurodivergent individuals are empowered to participate fully in society.

The best interests of every child guide our work. We promote children’s rights to protection, education, healthcare, participation, and development within safe, supportive, and inclusive environments.
